Eve works closely with each client to ensure the bespoke process is as seamless and stress-free as possible.
To get started with our services, we always initiate an initial phone or video consultation with one of our highly qualified GIA Graduate Gemologists. During this consultation, our experts will take the time to understand your preferences and address any queries you may have.
After our initial phone call we will curate a range of gemstone or diamond options for you to choose from. The STONED team will then come up with several concepts by providing sketches, 2D photoshop images, 3D mockup sketches, or Computer Aided Design (CAD) renderings.
Once the initial concept is approved, you will be provided with a fully engineered 3D Computer Aided Design (CAD) and professional rendering. This will be the final step before the piece is put into production.
After the piece is engineered using the CAD software, the piece is sent to a 3D printer. Our team of master jewelers, polishers, and setters will bring your piece to life.
